Introducing Golden Pines Estates! This subdivision was created in the late 90's with the vision of a Mobile Home Park. When work started almost of the land was cleared, boundary mounds were placed around the entire project, roads were cut in, 2 commercial wells were installed, septic lagoons were created as well as a wetlands area.
