Slip #115 is a 40ft boat slip in the Duncan Bay Boat Club conveniently located within the Straits of Mackinac. This slip is located on ''D'' dock with an easy in and out. It is serviced with 30amp/50amp power, WiFi, and water. The Club House features private bathrooms/showers, laundry facilities, a heated pool, playground and pavilion with BBQ grills. The Assessment has not been paid.
