Slip #72 is a 40ft boat slip in the Duncan Bay Boat Club conveniently located within the Straits of Mackinac. This slip is located on ''C'' dock. It is serviced with 30amp/50amp power, WiFi, and water. The Club House features private bathrooms/showers, laundry facilities, a heated pool, playground and pavilion with BBQ grills. The Assessment has been paid.
