You will have access to a seasonal shared dock, making it easy to spend summer days swimming, fishing, and enjoying the lake. Outside, there is plenty of space for a picnic table and fire pit, creating a wonderful setting for cool evenings filled with stargazing and s'mores. The location is just as inviting, only 2 miles from South Higgins Lake State Park for easy boat launches and 1.8 miles from Cross Country Ski Headquarters for wintertime cross-country skiing adventures.
